CONNOR ROCKANDEL

Connor Rockandel has 18 years of hands on Project Service Experience for large scale engineering and construction projects in the Mineral Resource, Power, Energy & Infrastructure industry. Highly skilled in project setup and execution to meet cost, schedule and data management targets across all project phases. Connor is experienced in Owner / Operator, Consultant, EPC and EPCM organizations and has extensive experience at various remote sites.

 

Connor founded Phase Consulting Group with the purpose to help organizations effectively meet project management delivery goals regardless of the projects stage or scale.

 

Connor is a Canadian and holds a bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley and a Masters in Business Administration (honors) from New York institute of Technology.

CECILIA MENDE

Cecilia is, an award-winning Talent Acquisition Expert, with a passion for Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment. 

 

With a wealth of experience, and commitment to excellence. Cecilia has adeptly nurtured and cultivated teams within leading engineering, information technology, and finance firms.

 

Before joining Phase, Cecilia excelled at a Global Leading consulting and recruitment firm specializing in the Information Technology and Engineering sectors. 

 

During this time, she led international talent transformation projects, spanning across Europe, North America, and Africa.

 

In her current role as the Manager of Recruitment at Phase Consulting, Cecilia oversees a Global clientele base, Talent Acquisition, and A talented recruitment team.

Natalie Eickhoff

Natalie Eickhoff is a talent acquisition professional with over two decades of experience in recruitment, specializing in the mining industry and other industrial sectors, with experience in single search, project recruitment, and multi-year RPO.

​

Natalie’s career spans key roles at major organizations including Argonaut Gold where she participated in a large-scale hiring campaign for a new mine build, recruiting for positions across mining operations, exploration geology, engineering, environment, safety, and corporate functions. Prior to that, her time at Korn Ferry centered on recruitment of specialized technical and leadership positions for clients in various sectors with a focus on mining, manufacturing, chemicals, and power generation. She has developed multiple recruitment strategies and processes and achieved high placement rates in competitive global markets.
